Complete oversight of the office's performance by the office director, reporting directly to the CEO of Al-Istiklal Hospital.
Coordination with the hospital's contracted entities according to official cooperation agreements. Receiving medical reports via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, or in person.
Presenting medical reports to specialized consultants for assessment and development of a precise treatment plan.
Providing an initial cost estimate before the patient's arrival, along with suitable treatment options for all categories.
Providing a medical team to receive the patient and their companions from the airport, border, or any location specified by the patient, including emergencies.
Continuously monitoring the treatment process to ensure smooth procedures and high-quality care.
Providing air medical evacuation services to and from the hospital, and to any location worldwide as needed.
Participating in medical conferences and exhibitions to promote medical tourism and raise awareness of the hospital's services internationally.
